Valencia is one of the few cities in the world able to live harmoniously his origins, which date back to the year 138. It is a center of international design and avant-garde, but also exhibitions and conferences.
Historically, because of its favorable geographical location, Valencia has been the Mediterranean port of Spain and has the special charm that only the port city of sea know have.

City of Arts and Sciences

 An example of futuristic architecture signed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava, whose colossal buildings house nell'Hemisfèric an IMAX cinema, the largest aquarium in Europe nell'Oceanografico, an exhibition and interactive teaching in the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum and the works more artistic avant-garde in the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía. Besides the impressive Bridge Assut de l'Or and the Agora are a feast for the senses.
The Aquarium is easily reachable from the port by free shuttle service to the port and the bus that leaves you at the entrance. The beaches of Valencia.

Valencia enjoys a privileged position as an urban destination and at the same beach: only 15 minutes from the city center are the beaches of Las Arenas, Malvarrosa and El Cabañal, over which flies a blue flag, and that have been awarded the Q Mark for Tourism Quality .
At a distance of just 10 km there are pristine beaches and preserved in its natural state, surrounded by sand dunes and dense vegetation, such as the El Saler beach, or those located in the heart of the natural park of the Albufera.

Valencia è una delle poche città al mondo in grado di far convivere armonicamente le  proprie origini, che risalgono all’anno 138 a. C., e gli edifici più sofisticati e all’avanguardia costruiti nel nuovo millennio. Questa città significa commercio e cultura, cinema, teatro, musei, musica, affari. È un centro del design internazionale e d’avanguardia, ma anche di fiere e convegni.
Storicamente, per la sua felice posizione geografica, Valencia è stata la porta della Spagna sul Mediterraneo e possiede il fascino speciale che solo le città porto di mare sanno avere.

Cosa vedere

Città delle Arti e delle Scienze

Un esempio di architettura avveniristica firmato dall’architetto valenciano Santiago Calatrava, i cui i colossali edifici ospitano un cinema IMAX nell’Hemisfèric, il maggior acquario d’Europa nell’Oceanografico, una mostra didattica ed interattiva nel Museo delle Scienze Príncipe Felipe e le opere artistiche più d’avanguardia nel Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía. Inoltre l’impressionante ponte di Assut de l’Or e l’Agora sono un vero piacere per i sensi.
L' aquario è facilmente raggiungibile dal porto tramite la navetta gratuita del porto e l'autobus che ti lascia proprio all'entrata. Le vasche sono suddivise in varie sezioni tematiche per località, mediterraneo, oceano, artico ecc... E' possibile quindi vedere squali, razze e molte altre specie di pesci e non solo. Il tutto è molto ben curato come dimostrato dal personale immerso in alcune vasche per la manutenzione. Molto carino anche lo spettacolo dei delfini visibile negli orari previsti senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Il Quartiere del Carmen e i suoi Palazzi

 Il quartiere millenario della città si sviluppò tra due cinta di mura, quella musulmana e quella cristiana. Una passeggiata lungo le sue labirintiche stradine lastricante, fiancheggiate da imponenti edifici medievali, ci trasporterà in un’altra epoca: addentrarsi nei suoi palazzi, attraversare le porte medievali delle Torri di Quart e delle Torri di Serranos e visitarne gli angoli più singolari sono esperienze assolutamente imperdibilile.
 Le "Torres de los Serranos” le puoi trovare passeggiando sulla via che costeggia le mura oppure passeggiando dal centro e sono una delle più conosciute porte della muraglia medioevale cristiana di Valencia, e, si trovano nelle vicinanze del ponte “de los Serranos” che troviamo nei giardini del Turia.
Famose per la festa della "Fallas", dove in particolare l’ultimo giorno di festa, il 19 di marzo, avviene la “Cremá” dove i monumenti falleri (tra cui queste bellissime torri) prendono fuoco riducendosi in cenere.

Le spiagge di Valencia.

La sabbia fina e l’acqua limpida, la vastità del mare aperto e la vicinanza delle montagne al litorale conferiscono alla costa di Valencia una bellezza particolare.
Valencia vanta una situazione privilegiata come meta urbana e al contempo balneare: a soli 15 minuti dal centro cittadino si trovano le spiagge di Las Arenas, Malvarrosa ed El Cabañal, su cui sventola la bandiera blu e che sono state insignite del Marchio Q di Qualità Turistica. 
Ad una distanza di appena 10 km si trovano spiagge incontaminate e conservate allo stato naturale, circondate da dune di sabbia e da una fitta vegetazione, come la spiaggia di El Saler o quelle ubicate nel cuore del parco naturale della Albufera.
Numerose sono anche le possibilità di svolgere attività come la pallavolo, fare un giro in pedalò, o praticare altri sport nelle aree fitness dei parchi pubblici, o seguire un corso di vela. Per chi invece preferisce rilassarsi può godersi un buonissimo pasto in un ristorante in riva al mare.
